Five years ago, I embarked on my journey towards health and weight loss, spurred by the realization of the increasing importance of health as I aged. I aimed for my weight loss journey to be in a healthy manner, thus I extensively searched for relevant information and enrolled in several online courses on nutrition, women’s health, and weight loss.

Subsequently, due to health issues among elderly family members at home, I deeply understood that we must strike a balance in diet, lifestyle habits, nutrients, and emotions to lead a healthy life.

Therefore, I once again delved into learning about health extensively. I learned a wealth of knowledge from doctors, disease survivors, and nutritionists. Thus, I hope to share the knowledge I have gained through this blog with everyone.
